Frequently Asked Questions

How do you manage my social?

After getting to know you and your business, I use your brand voice and messaging to create content that resonates with your target audience and moves them to action.

If you’re wondering about the technicalities, here they are…
For Facebook, I use Facebook Business Manager. This gives me access as an Admin to your account and allows me to create and schedule posts and also manage ads on your behalf.

In Instagram, I use a software called Later. It is an Instagram approved partner that has tools and analytics insights that the Instagram platform does not currently offer.

On Pinterest, you’ll need a Tailwind account and give me access. Tailwind is a Pinterest approved partner that has tools to schedule pins and more.

Absolutely!

I would create your content on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis and give you access to them for your approval. We’d tweak and adjust accordingly and the content would then be scheduled to go live.

You can choose how little or how much you would like to be involved in this process, but I do need to know when you have events, offers, sales and other big happenings in your business.

Do i get to approve posts before they’re live?

how does billing work?

If you have a monthly retainer, I’d bill you as independent contractor on a monthly basis. Invoices are sent at the end of each month to cover the next month’s retainer fee. Currently, I use Stripe to collect payments online.

Ad spend does not get billed through me, rather it is entered directly into your Facebook Ad account, linked to your credit card details.

Tip: Depending on your state, you may be able to deduct my services as a marketing expense.

After an initial call and proposal is sent and you’re feeling like we are great fit, we’ll start the on-boarding process. Hooray!
We’ll make it official with signed contracts and the first payment. Then I’ll get to work on creating your custom strategy for our launch!
